About Amanda
Amanda Bisk is a former Australian pole vaulter, exercise physiologist, personal trainer, elite athletics and gymnastics coach, and qualified yoga & Pilates teacher. Along with her partner Adam, they run an online platform called Fresh Body Fit Mind, which is home to Amanda's follow along workouts, yoga & Pilates classes plus a plant based recipe library. Amanda calls Perth, Western Australia home and loves the beach, being outdoors, playing frisbee, food and her two sausage dogs Charlie and Willow.
