Dear Jack,

I've been married to my husband for six years, and we've always had a strong connection. However, recently, our communication has taken a nosedive. We used to share everything, but now it feels like we're living parallel lives. We barely talk, and when we do, it's usually about mundane things like chores and groceries. I miss the deep conversations and the emotional connection we used to have.

I've tried bringing up my concerns, but my husband just brushes them off or becomes defensive. I feel like we're drifting apart, and it's making me question the future of our marriage. What can I do to rekindle the emotional intimacy we once had and get us back on track?
