While your circadian rhythm can change, your chronotype exists on a more permanent basis. Chronobiology is the study of how living peeps adapt to solar and lunar cycles - which translates to "why different people have an urge to sleep at different times". Basically and if you love a lie in you’re not lazy, it’s your chronotype. We’re going to teach you how to use your chronotype and help yourself out!
