51. Why Following Your Passion Is Not the Key to Happiness and Fulfillment

Have you ever told yourself that you need to find your passion in life, but you aren’t really sure what it is? “Finding your passion” is a hot topic in entrepreneurship right now, and the consensus out there is that chasing your passion will make your life better. Well, I’m here to tell you that the skill set you do every day will not be the leverage point that creates all of the happiness and fulfillment in your life. But I do know what will.

 

In this episode, I am busting the myth about “finding your passion” and why it’s not the answer to your problems. Learn why chasing your passion is actually holding you back, how to find out what success and contentment actually look like for you, and why life is more than just deriving passion from the literal work you do.
