In today's podcast I am going to discuss the impact of anxiety, it is not unheard of for long covid to be put down to anxiety, due to current lack of medical research and scientific understanding.
Many people may have experienced anxiety prior to having long covid, I know I certainly had, I discuss how this can exacerbate and offer some self care tips for anxiety management , which I use myself. I hope this podcast encourages anyone with anxiety to reach out for support and creates understanding that anxiety is normal.
