Originally trained as a healthcare practitioner within the department of oncology, Max became a direct witness to the correlation between unresolved mental health conditions and physical ailments. This realization led him to the major philosophy that drives his work in the field of mental health: that the source of humanity’s modern malaise is disconnection from our own minds, bodies, communities, planet, and all of Life. With his extensive training in mental health counseling, martial arts, and yoga, Max provides resources and services that allow individuals to feel a genuine sense of aliveness and reconnection with their mind-body complex and beyond.
