We all have fears that stop us from stepping into our true potential. It’s what we’ve come to call the comfort zone - the place where fear is minimized to allow for daily life functioning. But we don’t always realize just how much we give up for the sake of that comfort.

In an effort to minimize our greatest fears we can be sacrificing our heart’s deepest desires. In the name of comfort, we sacrifice potential.

So, how do we move through our terrifying fears to break free of limitations and embrace our true potential?

I consistently hear my business owner clients say things like, I have call reluctance and just can’t call anyone, I can’t ask for referrals, If I get one referral that would be amazing, I’m not good at _____, I can’t do ____, I don’t do ____ very well, and the list goes on and on.

When you say words about what you aren’t good at or what you don’t want, you are reinforcing this and getting those outcomes (most likely). It is like the definition of insanity – you are saying the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result – and that just isn’t going to happen.

When you say you can do something, and focus on what you want to happen, it has a much higher probability that you will manifest those outcomes in your life.
