Jack has been in property for almost a decade now, having tried (and failed) almost every strategy at some stage!
Since having a young family, running around after tenants and managing properties suddenly seemed less than fun.
Now, Jack specializes in Social housing due to the huge benefits that come with their leases. No voids, no maintenance, no management and long contracts to name a few.
Aside from Property Jack is keen to help others. Mainly focused on teaching people everything outside of Property strategies believing that most success comes from systems, processes and an unbreakable mindset!
