This week is a time to have those difficult conversations you may have been putting off and to continue reevaluating your life and your past with the Super Full Moon happening in the Sign of Aquarius and Venus Retrograde.

During this particular Full Moon, Mercury will be going clashing with Saturn. It's not a very nice energy but on the positive side, it is an ideal time to be firm and speak your mind.

When Mercury opposes Saturn, people tend to get serious or to have those difficult conversations. Mercury is all about communication and Saturn is about difficulties - put them together in the Full Moon and you get a chance to have those difficult conversations you may have been putting off.

Focus on speaking your truth while not hurting the person you are talking to if you possibly can. Be mindful of the impact your words are having on someone else.

Get in a strong mindset. Meditate, meditate, meditate! It can help you get mentally balanced.

Try to use some humor to diffuse the situation. There's also a very lovely Mars in the sign of Virgo making a Trine aspect to Jupiter the sign of Taurus - it will happen literally hours after the Full Moon. If emotions start to run high, as it does during the Full Moon, you have a chance to use humour to diffuse and make that Mercury-Saturn clash a little bit easier.

On top of that, Venus is Retrograde still up until September.

Are you doing enough? Are you doing too much
Let important people in your life know they are valuable.
