Research shows that breathing through your nose can have a lot of benefits. In meditation, a lot of breathing techniques are done through your nose, and that’s for a reason. Nose breathing forces you to slow down your breath. That’s why, nasal breathing is a great pre-sleep activity. Take a few moments before you Netflix and Chill to try this breathing practice on for size.
