Dr. Amanda Helman, Ph.D. is an international speaker in the field of education, mental health, and leadership. Her passion is to empower children, teens, women, and children who experienced complex trauma and overcoming limitations to find their voice.

Amanda is currently the author of I Am Worthy, Valued, and Loved, a children’s book that empowers children to know they are valuable even when they make mistakes. She is also the author of another book called Silent No Longer: Finding My Voice After Complex Trauma that shares her personal stories of navigating complex trauma, limiting beliefs, and how to deeply heal following painful life events.
