The Healing Catalyst Weekly Health Rx Bonus: Your Brain Is Not Failing. Your Nervous System Is.
Dr. Avanti Kumar-Singh and Dr. Tanmeet Sethi, both integrative medicine physicians, are building the Weekly Health Rx by Arvasi, a weekly audio prescription for women in perimenopause and menopause. It’s physician-led, science-backed, built around your biology and your mind-body constitution, your dosha.
Early this year the Weekly Health Rx produced a five-week series on focus, exploring the science of perimenopausal cognitive decline, introducing the nervous system flexibility framework that makes dosha-specific prescribing possible, and sharing their own constitutions as the entry point.
Here's a small piece from week one of the series.
