Gary also discusses how Carlo Ancelotti is an example of a great coach who constantly improves players, as evidenced by Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s superb form. Gary also likes some elements of Project Big Picture and dislikes others, but says it is a positive that talk of restructuring English football is happening at all.
