Under his leadership, TESCO has been at the forefront of innovation in AMI technologies and EVSE charging within the electric metering industry. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tom actively speaks at meter schools and utility conferences, has contributed to the latest edition of the Handbook for Electricity Metering, and is a member of ANSI C12 Metering Standards committees.
