Happy New Year and welcome to 2020!  The new year is always a time of reflection and over the last few weeks, I’ve been looking back on 2019 and everything that has happened in my personal life and my business in the last year - the good, the bad, the ugly, and the incredible. I’ve seen so much growth across the board, and accomplished a lot, but not without some growing pains and bumps in the road. 

As I’ve been scaling my business this year, I’ve had to make some hard decisions, have some tough conversations, and had to work some crazy (and frankly, unhealthy) hours… and it’s all been worth it. I love what I do - this is not a hobby, it’s my life. And one of the biggest themes I’ve noticed is that when you’re a business owner, it’s all about learning, applying, evaluating, and repeating. 

I’ll be recording an episode where I dig deeper into the biggest lessons I’ve learned from these experiences (and also what I’ve learned in the last DECADE -  yes, it’s a new decade too!), but today, I want to share with you my vision for 2020, and how I see you having a part in it!

On this solo episode, I share with you my biggest business focus in 2020 and what I’m most looking forward to this year.
