01: Flipping the Lid on Our Story with Ashley Bogert

Welcome to the first episode of Flipping the Lid. Since we're going to be flipping the lid on other people's stories, it is only fitting to lead with vulnerability & be as real and open as possible. This first episode flips the lid in our own lives. Ashley Bogert is the most important person in my life in every single capacity and therefore is the best person to sit by my side in launching this new show. She is my partner in business, the mother to my children, and the best coach and confidant I've ever had. Nothing would happen without my partner.

Our journey is a bit untraditional and filled with constant change. We get candid about the emotional and physical experience in each shift in our lives and as we've gotten deeper in understanding the trash from our past.
