1915: If You Tell Yourself You Can do it Enough You Will do it with Dr Kara Hartl Founder and Owner of Mountain View Eye Center

After world-class training, Dr Katherine Kara Hartl Johnson moved to interior Alaska and opened a remote solo medical practice. She fell in love with her ability to create something from nothing. Cara’s passion has now turned to medical technology and how these advances will change the very fabric of medicine and the world.

“believe in yourself first and foremost. Believe in yourself more than anybody else believes in you. Because if you believe in yourself when you fall down you say if I get up, I will succeed. And if you fall down again you say no, I just need to get up I am going to succeed. If you fall down again and again and again you just get up because you believed in yourself enough you are going to make it happen. And in those moments where we all feel this as an entrepreneur, there is moments when you feel like an utter and complete charlatan but you are fooling everybody because you are a complete impostor, you have that glorious impostor syndrome that we all know. Stare at yourself in the mirror and say you’ve got this, believe in yourself even if you have to brainwash yourself, believe in yourself. Because at the end of the day if you tell yourself you can do it enough you will do it. And one day you are going to wake up and be like oh my gosh I am not an impostor I actually made this happen and it starts with believing in yourself first and foremost”…[Listen for More]
