"Nobody can judge me but God!" True or False?

The phrase "nobody can judge me but God" is a common defense when we are accused of something (and, perhaps, especially when we know we are guilty of the transgression).  But is that statement biblically acceptable or just a worn out excuse?  The answer to that depends on whether the individual being admonished is a professing Christian or not.  In this podcast I explain why that is and give more detail into what it means.
