Can we all soften a little more in the imperfect present? I've been sitting with this deep invitation during the past couple of weeks, as I find myself in an in-between phase in life and dealing with the messiness of it all! In today's episode of the Untethered series, I invite you to come as you are and muse with me on how we can approach the remainder of the year with softness, devotion and a sense of grounding. I talk about how I found myself in a freeze state upon returning to the Netherlands and how setting up a 'self care schedule' has given me the framework to get myself out it. I also invite us both to sit with a couple of (journaling) questions, reflecting on what is alive within me today and how I can be kind to myself today.
