The Democrats are Stuck with Kamala Harris; The Secret Service Chief Gets Grilled from Both Sides

The Democrats were clearly not ready to end the original plan to prop up Joe Biden through the 2024 election season after the president was reported to have  contracted COVID. So far, the anointed successor to the nomination looks to be Kamala Harris. While others may try to maneuver for position before the August DNC, there are political reasons the Democrats are stuck with Kamala Harris as the nominee. Unless Harris greatly blunders while under a very controlled environment over the next few weeks, she will be the hand-picked-by-Dem-elites choice to run for U.S. President on the Democrat Party side.
