Marek Doyle is a nutritional therapist in the UK (love having a UK expert on the show) and he's all about individualise health, which, let's face it, we need when we have a thyroid condition because it can be complicated and we all experience it differently.

In this episode Marek explains the whole thyroid system (it's more than the thyroid gland itself), where and what problems can arise in the different parts of the system. The also talk about the impact of stress, the connection between adrenals and thyroid and how important stress is to manage because it impacts us down to the cellular level.
