Phil Loose: The Integrity Europe boss on lessons learned behind the scenes of worship music

Phil Loose is the managing director of one of the biggest Christian music labels in the world. In this in-depth interview, the managing director of Integrity Europe shares what he's learned from working as a church leader, a session musician and most recently, a record label boss. Premier Christianity's Sam Hailes puts a selection of tricky questions to Phil including, "Why do some worship songs travel around the world, and others don't?", "Is it true that worship songs all sound the same?" and "Is there money to be made from Christian music?"
