Jessica started buying properties when the lockdowns started in 2020 and then continued through the massive property appreciation period. She's bought multiple flips and also done BRRRR deals to acquire a portfolio in Cornwall, which is known as a cash flow market. Jessica has immersed herself in the real estate investor community and learned how to use private money, promissory note money and much more.
