Yoga From a Global Lens, with Lily Allen-Duenas

Hello, Alchemist! One of the things I love most about Reiki is that it’s practiced globally, uniting many of us in an awareness of ONE, that may have been overlooked otherwise. On this episode, you’ll hear about the journey and experience with yoga that brought Lilly Allen-Duenas into the same awe and understanding of ONE. She also learned a lot about of differences, and the beauty within that, as she learned and taught yoga in several different countries. Lily is a holistic healer, Reiki Master, vegan nutritionist, and meditation instructor. Her work is focused on conscious collaboration, compassion, connection, and community. She’s also an international yoga teacher, founder of the Wild Yoga Tribe, and host of the Wild Yoga Tribe podcast. Lily has taught yoga classes and workshops in surf hostels in Sri Lanka, hotels in Bali, and wellness centers in the Philippines. Through her podcast, and all of her endeavors, she strives to serve her community in a way that is accessible, authentic, and inclusive.
