New beginnings, a new chapter in our lives so we thought it would be great to talk about the idea of reincarnation because we all want to “reinvent” ourselves each new year. About 20% of the world population believe in reincarnation, but there are different perspectives as to what part of us actually gets born again. In this episode we discuss what is reincarnation and why it is important to ask ourselves these deeper questions about life.
