Host Melissa Sim chats with ST food editor Tan Hsueh Yun about Grids & Circles' tamago sando; the perfect ratio of tamagoyaki, Japanese style sandwich bread, toasted and spread with kombu mayonnaise.

The menu includes matcha latte, which, unlike most other matcha lattes, is not too sweet.

If you are not craving Japanese food, Grids & Circles - located at 200 South Bridge Road - also sells cherry and chocolate oats, which is a healthy mix of superfoods.
