The Midlife Momentum Podcast 22: Using Humour to Navigate Hard Things with Eva Moon
Humour can make us more resilient.
You can lighten the load of menopause, and even things as tough as diagnosis and surgery, with a little laughter.
My guest, Eva Moon, used humour and creativity to get through the toughest time of her life.
In a short amount of time, while her mother was dying from breast cancer, she discovered she was a carrier of the BRCA1 gene mutation, and then quickly underwent a hysterectomy then double mastectomy.
As a way to cope and help others, she went on to write several moving and humourous songs, create a one-woman show, and publish her first novel.
I'm sure you'll enjoy this fun interview with Eva, and find inspiration and strength in her story.
And please share with someone who needs to hear it.
