Dani is a clinical psychologist. She shares that she was put on her first diet at age ten, which began a lifetime of countless diets. Food became a source of comfort and calm, yet she also felt a great deal of pain and shame. Dani reached her highest weight of almost 300 pounds and felt awful. 

In May of 2019, Dani discovered intermittent fasting on Facebook. A colleague at work told her about Delay, Don’t Deny, and Dani began her IF journey the next day. She has lost more than 50 pounds and has powerfully healed her relationship with food. Dani is more present and able to regulate her emotions.
