When is the Prophetic Payout?

There must be two categories for prophetic audiences
1 Sam. 3:11 - Description of a Biblical prophetic audience
The difference is in the payout
In the Biblical view, it comes at the fulfillment
The other type of Prophetic Payout comes when the prophecy is made
The false prophet is delivering an adrenaline rush at the time the prophecy is made
