Benita Willis is a 4-time Olympian, 2004 World Cross Country Champion and has run 2.23 for the Marathon (also an Australian Record) and holds Aussie Records over 2000m, 5000m, 10000m and the Marathon. Since retiring from competitive running she's turned her attention to coaching athletes in the distance world through Lace Up Running.
