Experiencing Emotions Within. Whole-Body Safety. Rooting Into The Truth. 

In this episode, I’m joined by Leah Wardlaw as she shares about the embodiment work she’s encountered through experiences that taught her how to regulate her nervous system, return to her body, and allow emotions to move through her. Through these experiences, she learned that the true sense of safety came through her breath, prayer, and sense of grounding in her body. 

Using embodiment work to navigate anxiety and mental health challenges. Experiencing emotions as a way to grow and expand with sensual emotional intelligence. Recognizing your ability to be with and in an emotion while honoring the full experience. How not experiencing emotions in the body impacts the nervous system. Feminine devotion, the magic of intuition, and being devoted to the truth.Developing a felt understanding of what it means to allow for emotions to exist.  How to begin to receive pointed direction and truth in a loving way by God and masculine provision. Opening yourself up to create safety in the nervous system through physical affirmations and experiencing spiritual truths in the body. Practices and rituals for softening the body, slowing down, and experiencing pleasure and sensations in your body as a devotion to yourself.Rooting in the truth that you're eternally safe, eternally cared for, and eternally loved.

Guest Bio: Leah Wardlaw is a woman who’s communication with God has revolved heavily around the sensual experience. She finds particular interest in the intersections of history, psychology, and emotional processing and uses this information to serve women in better understanding their relationship with God, fear, pleasure, and the body. Through her exploration of the links between the sensual and the emotional, she has gained a deeper perspective on what it means to fully receive the provision of God both on the level of the material or sensual level and in the material or emotional level. She has transferred these embodied understandings into practices which offer women an opportunity to courageously open to the wordless wisdom and truth of the Divine Father on a somatic level - a doorway out of incessant intellectual analysis. Her heart's desire is to invite women into an embodied knowing of our eternal safety, worthiness, and ability to access love and God's truth in every felt moment
