Zev and Melissa Forrest are a husband-and-wife team doing real estate full-time operating as short-term rental operators since 2018 in southern CA. They met while working at a commercial real estate company and decided to try out Airbnb after attending a free workshop. They started by buying a property in Riverside and then moved on to arbitraging units. They now own properties, arbitrage properties, co-host properties and manage luxury homes in Southern California. In their journey, they got engaged and married.
