She is the Founder/Co-Owner of FitMom, a leading functional practice helping women heal from chronic health struggles. She is also a wife, mom of two, recovering exercise addict, stress addict, and her mission is to help women avoid the struggles she endured for so long. Years of hormone imbalances, uncontrollable weight gain, constipation, bloating, and never getting answers or proper diagnoses from doctors. Becca wants to create as many informed consumers, and healthy, happy mid-life women as possible.
