In this 5th generation war that has weaponized medicine against the people next level, it’s become more popular than ever to find self-healing means that would keep us from being at the mercy of the medical systems that don’t hold our best interest.
Personally, I’ve come to the conclusion that our main health concern is detoxification from the constant onslaught of the great poisoning we’re in. Digestion is a huge part of the detoxification process, and without proper knowledge of how to support that, we are at a great disadvantage.
