Chris and Jess have lived through a lot on the last 5 years. Chris retired early in order to live a good life and than something unexpected happened-he was diagnosed with metastatic cancer. Jess, holding on tightly to her job and sense of control, decided to leave the startup life as Chris was recovering from an arduous year of chemo.
