Efrat Dagan has joined as Head of Talent at Next Insurance a few months back. Previously, she has been with Lyft Level 5, Google and Waze. Efrat has led Google Israel Talent Acquisition team for a decade and later moved to Google HQ for a Global role. She was selected as one of the most prominent human resources professionals in Israel.
