Olympian & American Record Holder Elise Cranny Shares Her Wisdom On Comparison, Reflection, Presence, & The Importance Of Why

Back on the podcast is the one and only Elise Cranny!

Elise is an Olympian, and American Record Holder, but to me, she is a friend, mentor, and inspiration. The last time Elise was on the podcast was episode 50, so I thought, who better to have on 100ish episodes later than her. For those who aren't familiar, Elise runs for Nike's Bowerman Track Club and has slowly cemented herself as one of the greatest US Female Distance Runners of all time. Just within the past two years, Elise has won back-to-back US Championships in the 5k, made the Tokyo Olympics & Eugene World Championships, and set an American Record in the indoor 5k. 

In this conversation, Elise and I talk about comparison, reflection, being where your feet are, why finding your Why is crucial, if she'll write a book one day, and much more! Any conversation I have with Elise is insightful, and I always walk away inspired.
