During a time of not feeling well she was directed through a friend to receive reiki. This experience brought her great relief and a sense of ease that spurred her on a journey of healing and spiritual awakening.

Following spirit and her intuition she continued down the path of healing and education learning from many indigenous wisdom teachings from all over the world.

Now the founder of Dreamtime Healings she utilizes her knowledge and experience with Reiki and plant medicines to help Highly sensitive individuals and empaths to navigate this world and become thriving sensitives.
