Former President Donald Trump is asking the Supreme Court to overturn a ruling that bars him from running for president in Colorado. The initial batch of documents naming Jeffrey Epstein's associates has been released – with more coming.  Senate negotiations are continuing even as House Republicans rail against any compromises with the Biden Administration. The death toll from Japan's New Year's Day earthquake has gone up. And, the FDA is looking at possible side effects from popular weight loss drugs.
