EP 030: How to Cold Call Property Sellers
You dial a number. The phone starts ringing.
But wait, what are you going to say when the seller on the other end of the line picks up? What should you say when cold calling a seller? What signs should you be looking out for?
Cold calling is important to my subject to deals business. Why? I get almost 25% of my business from cold calling. There’s not much to it besides finding numbers, picking up the phone, and making those calls. Or is there? Well, there is. You’ve got to know why you are calling the seller. What questions do you need to ask? What signs do you need to listen for to know if the seller is ready to work with you and if you should be doing a deal with them. So, I walk you through a typical conversation that I would have during a cold call with a property seller.
I’ll also share where I get the number of sellers from, how many calls I make, and some tricks on how to start closing the deal while you’re on the phone.
