The kitchen is the sacred space when it comes to your health. You’re doing a lot of (hopefully) good work in your kitchen.

When the kitchen is a space that you enjoy being in and it is conducive to healthy eating it just makes everything so much easier.

I realize, kitchens can be a little bit complicated, in that, you may not be living alone. That can get a little tricky to navigate.
