We also get to talk to Laura about the kind of breathwork we will do in the Zoom chanting sessions including, Pranayama, Turtle Breath, and Fire Breath which is good for raising the heat in the body and improving digestion.

In the stars this week, Jupiter, the planet of plenty is changing signs and finally going back to the sign of Aries. This means we are back at the start of the cycle, and when Jupiter is triggered, life should be a little bit easier. Jupiter is changing signs tomorrow,  December 20.

Today December 19, Mars Retrograde is active again. Mars forms a gentle link to the asteroid Chiron, which may spark passionate action toward moving forward with an important goal or objective.  Check out our episode on Mars Retrograde here!
