Marsha Levick is an attorney, law professor and youth justice expert. Marsha founded The Juvenile Law Center in 1975 –– where she has worked on many cases over the years on behalf of child rights –– none more famous than her work exposing the horrific Kids For Cash Scandal in Luzerne County PA. The racket involved two elected judges who accepted cash kickbacks from private prisons in exchange for children (who were improperly found guilty of minor offenses that warranted no prison time).
