Caroline Cory is a writer, director, producer, and award-winning filmmaker, futurist, and the visionary author of best-selling books on Consciousness and Energy Medicine topping the charts of Consciousness Science and mystical literature. As a child and throughout her life, Caroline has had numerous E.S.P (extra-sensory) and pre-cognition experiences, which led her to become deeply connected to existential topics, the study of Consciousness, and the mechanics of the universe. After teaching Energy Medicine and consciousness work for over a decade, Caroline founded Omnium Media, an entertainment and media platform that tackles various thought-provoking topics on the human condition and the nature of reality. In addition to writing and producing, she lectures and coaches internationally on various mind-over-matter subjects. She appears regularly as a guest expert on supernatural phenomena at major conferences and television shows, including The UnXplained with William Shatner and History Channel's popular series the Ancient Aliens. Among several recent accomplishments, Caroline's latest film, AMONG US, has won 9 film awards and 2 nominations at various festivals around the globe.
What a treat to interview spiritual luminary Caroline Cory. I watched SUPERHUMAN: The Invisible Made Visible about a year ago and found my jaw dropped throughout the entire film. Through scientific experiments and powerful practices of mental focus, she shows how we can move objects, change the PH level of water, and do other incredible things using the power of focus, intention, and our mind. This conversation went deep into the greater understanding of consciousness and how, as human beings, we are more than we see and understand. And I mean, way more than we might believe or comprehend. Energy is Everything. Everything is Consciousness
We started our conversation by talking about the fact that energy is everything. Caroline Cory shared her personal story of encountering a group of beings at age five and how she felt their unconditional love and began to communicate with them telepathically. They explained that she had to ask, meaning learn to focus and intend, to connect with what she learned later is her spirit family and lineage. In fact, Caroline believes we all have this ability to focus our mind and energy on connecting both with our higher self and our own spirit family energy. She has been teaching this for over 38 years and has many courses, books, and films that can help you better connect to your energy and consciousness. For those who might need a refresher, Caroline explains that consciousness is not in the brain. It is the base and substance that make up all that is. We are thus individuated expressions of this consciousness, and we always remain part of the whole. The goal is to know how to focus on both your individual self and the universal consciousness.
Your Guidance System Explained
We all have an inner guidance system, which is your emotions, to help you navigate life. Caroline likens it to emotions, either giving you a green or red light. If it doesn't feel good, it's time to stop. If you're experiencing something that doesn't feel aligned, notice and stop what you're doing. Remember that it is just a guidance system and is here to tell you what's happening. Rather than judging any emotion, see it as an alert or reminder that you're either dealing with a green or red light. A Message of Hope and Empowerment
At the end of our conversation, Caroline Cory shared a message that was all about confidence. She wants you to remember that you know you can do this and are capable. Tune in to the energy and truth of confidence, letting go of doubt and fear, which can interfere with trusting yourself. Intend that you want to release your doubt and fears from every cell in your body. You might say, "I'm letting go of programming in my conscious, subconscious, cellular structure, and brain. Let the energy of confidence fill your heart and cells. This is the real me. And so it is."
Final Thoughts
Caroline Cory helps us see that inner guidance is the gift of a guidance system of emotions warning us of what it right for us or not. To tune in and use this system to feel aligned to our purpose. How tuning also helps us stop and recognize that energy is everything, therefore expanding our consciousness by reminding us that we are part of the whole.
