Remember Why You Are Here Protection Spells for Empaths
I used to think protection meant sharp teeth and raised shields—the kind of fierce, obvious defense you only reach for when things get extreme. What I didn't understand is that protection is not always about standing your ground. Sometimes it's about creating enough space around yourself that you don't need a shield at all.
This month's intuitive reading was about soul protection after soul retrieval—tending to the parts of ourselves that have recently come home, still tender, still finding their footing. So in this episode, I get specific: what protection spells actually look like for an empath, day to day, and how to create the kind of boundaries you need to flourish. Because we protect what is sacred. What is still growing. What is carrying our hopes, our dreams, our wholeness. And you deserve that kind of protection too.
