        As we go through life, there are a few things we pick up along the way. Some of them are good- talents, experiences, friendships, and habits. But some of them aren't so helpful when it comes to dreaming big dreams and living a life of adventure and purpose. In this episode, Bob and Scott are going to guide you to have the courage to look in the mirror at your own life to see what you might've picked up along the way that isn't leading you to the life that you've always wanted.

It takes courage to look in the mirror and clear the path.

It's not easy. You're probably going to see things in your own life that either you haven't seen before or things that you've been working hard to avoid. Some of them might be small things- little idiosyncrasies you do that are unique to you but have become unhelpful habits. Some of them, though, might be more significant- like the limiting beliefs we all carry inside about who we are or who we could be in this life. Regardless, this is some of the most important work you can do to develop capacity within yourself to reach for bigger dreams.
