Nate is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp with multiple deployments to Afghanistan, a rancher, an entrepreneur, and fitness enthusiast.

We discuss Nate’s journey to and through the Marines, living homeless in LA after getting out of the military, how CrossFit gave him the direction he needed to get out of rock bottom and become an elite competitor, the lessons he’s learned from ranching, creativity as a way to heal, his favorite philosophers and more.
