Steph Cabrera is a yoga and movement teacher, a qualified breathwork coach, intuitive wellness guide, and a plant medicine enthusiast. For the past 10 years, she has devoted herself completely to personal growth and exploring every aspect of her physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental wellbeing.
