Do you ever feel that your current job has NO room to grow? Today's guest, Lamont Greene, Founder of G & S Telecom LLC, felt exactly that way working in the telecom field for his employer. Finally, 3 years ago he left that company to start his own business and has never felt better. For 17 years he worked for this company, promoted to project manager then hit that "glass ceiling". Lamont, like many of us, dealt with comments from ownership that made him feel he NEEDED to stay and that he COULDN'T do it without them. Those exact comments lead Lamont to his departure and creation of his own telecom business in which they specialize in Home Theater, Access Control, Audio/Video & Telephone Systems. Camera Systems being Lamont's favorite system to install.
