In this episode, I am digging into mindset, specifically how to adopt and maintain a limitless mindset.
I share a story that made history back in the 1950s. Sir Roger Bannister was the first athlete to run the first sub-4-minute mile, which up until then had been deemed 'impossible' to achieve. What has happened since then is impressive.
We discuss a limiting mindset vs a limitless mindset and the impact your mindset will have on those around you.
